ARMED RESPONSE TEAM LEADER

Silent Nite Alarms is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a strong, hands-on Armed Response Team Leader to manage and lead our growing team of 25 Armed Response Officers.

If you don’t just talk about leadership, but actually live it on the ground, we want to hear from you.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

1. Proven Management Experience in the Security Industry
   – You must have led teams before, preferably in armed response or tactical operations.
2. Education
   – Grade 12 with 60% or higher, or
   – A Security Management Diploma
3. Languages
   – Fluent in Afrikaans and English (this point is not debatable)
4. Computer Literacy
   – Strong skills in MS Word and Excel
   – You will be tested during your interview
5. Report Writing Skills
   – Strong written communication is advantageous
6. PSIRA
   – Grade B or higher
   – Must be current and fully paid up
7. Clean Record
   – No criminal record
8. SAPS Firearm Competency
   – Handgun and Semi-Automatic Rifle
9. Driver’s Licence
   – Valid licence with minimum 3 years’ driving experience
10. Availability & Work Ethic
    – Able to work shifts
    – Willing and able to perform 24/7 standby duties

Salary Package

R12 500 per month (after successful completion of a 3-month probationary period) – Promotion to Management will be considered should your performance, leadership and initiative shows promise.
